Via N118 (Pont de Sèvres):
Take the N118 from Pont de Sèvres, and exit at Exit 9 for « Centres universitaires, Grandes écoles. »

From Porte d’Orléans:
Take the A6 towards Lyon, then merge onto the A10 towards « Nantes/Bordeaux. »
Exit on the left towards « D444/Versailles/Igny/Bièvres » and continue on the D36.

From Paris Airports:

From Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG):
Take the A1 towards Paris, then merge onto the Périphérique extérieur (outer ring road) towards Rouen at Porte de la Chapelle.
At Porte de St-Cloud, follow the N10 towards « Bordeaux/Nantes » and then the route via N118.

From Paris-Orly (ORY):
Take the N7 towards Paris, then merge onto the A86 towards Versailles.

Call for Papers

The QUEST-IS 2025 conference, the 1st International Quantum Engineering conference and exhibition, will bring together leading companies from the quantum ecosystem across various countries. This multidisciplinary event will explore technical matters in quantum computing and algorithms, quantum sensors, quantum communications, cryptography, and internet technologies, as well as enabling technologies targeting applications for citizens. Attendees from diverse backgrounds will have the opportunity to discuss the technical challenges of applied quantum technologies and identify business opportunities.

Abstract Submission

Call for Student Volunteers for QUEST IS 2025

Are you ready to be part of an incredible opportunity at the forefront of quantum engineering? Join us as a student volunteer for the QUEST IS 2025 conference, taking place from December 1 to December 4, 2025!

Important Dates

  • Applications Open: January 7, 2025
  • Applications Close: May 7, 2025

What is a Student Volunteer?

Student volunteers play a vital role in the success of the QUEST IS conference. As a volunteer, you will engage in a variety of tasks such as:

  • Assisting with registration and providing support at the registration desk
  • Helping presenters with logistics and technical support during sessions
  • Distributing attendance sheets to session chairs
  • Guiding participants to various conference activities (gala dinner, tutorials, technical visits, etc.)
  • Assisting with Q&A sessions by passing microphones and managing audience questions
  • Monitoring participant attendance in different session rooms

You will be expected to commit to approximately 24 hours of volunteering work throughout the conference, allowing ample time to attend sessions and networking events.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from all university students (undergraduate and graduate levels) interested in quantum engineering and related fields. No specific major is required, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential!

Requirements

  • You must be 18 years old by the date of the conference.
  • All applicants must be enrolled as a student at the time of the conference.
  • Availability during the conference dates is essential, including attending an orientation session on December 1, 2025.

Application Process

To apply, please fill out the application form below and provide the following:

  • A brief motivation statement explaining your interest in volunteering
  • A letter of recommendation from a professor or academic advisor that confirms your current student status and suitability for the role

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and selected students will be notified by [insert notification date].

Dress Code

Please dress in business casual or casual attire during your volunteer shifts. Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended, as you will be on your feet and interacting with conference attendees. Formal attire is encouraged for the gala dinner and networking events.

Code of Conduct

All student volunteers are expected to adhere to the QUEST IS Code of Conduct during the conference.

Additional Information

Meals will be assured by the conference, but travel costs and housing will be the responsibility of the volunteers. Selected student volunteers will receive further information regarding logistics upon acceptance.
