This event is the essential meeting place for researchers, industry leaders, academics, exhibitors, and media professionals to explore and exchange the latest innovations in the quantum field.

Media Pass Application

Attend QUEST-IS 2025 as an Official Member of the Media

The QUEST-IS 2025 organizing team is pleased to welcome official members of the media. Due to limited availability, complimentary media passes will be offered on a selective basis to qualified journalists, analysts, and representatives from reputable media outlets.

To be considered for a media pass, applicants must complete the media application form, meet specific criteria, and submit required documentation as outlined below.

Documentation Requirements

For Print, Trade, and Newswire Journalists

Please provide:

  • A masthead copy from a current issue of the publication or a link to the publication’s website listing the applicant as a part of the reporting team, or a business card displaying the applicant’s name, title, and publication name.
  • Three examples of articles related to quantum technologies authored by the applicant within the past six months (articles must be original content).

Note: Publishers, editors, and individuals in executive roles or administration do not qualify for media passes.

For Broadcast TV/Radio Journalists, Producers, and Technical Crews

Please provide:

  • A link to the station’s website listing the applicant as part of the reporting team, or a business card displaying the applicant’s name, title, and station name.

For Online Publications and Bloggers

Please provide:

  • The name of the publication and website where coverage will appear during QUEST-IS 2025, listing the applicant in an editorial capacity.
  • Three examples of articles related to quantum computing and engineering authored by the applicant within the past six months (original content required).
  • Verification of an online readership exceeding 2,500 unique views per month.

Note: Sponsored bloggers, corporate bloggers, personal website writers, and PR consultants are not eligible.

For Freelance Journalists

Please provide:

  • A letter or email from an editor or senior editorial staff member on company letterhead, confirming the applicant is covering QUEST-IS 2025 on assignment.
  • A bylined, published article related to quantum technologies, published within the last six months.

Note: Analysts and consultants creating private-use or client-exclusive reports are not eligible for media passes.

Media Pass Availability

Media passes are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the high interest in QUEST-IS 2025 and space limitations, we encourage early registration to ensure attendance. All applications will be reviewed, and status updates will be sent via email. The organizing committee reserves the right to refuse media passes without cause.

Visual and Media Assets

To support media coverage, a variety of visual and media resources will be available to registered press members:

  • Event Photos: High-resolution images of keynote sessions, exhibit booths, and networking areas.
  • Interview Opportunities: Coordinated times with prominent speakers, industry experts, and exhibitors.
  • Press Kits: Digital press kits with highlights of the conference program, speaker bios, and company showcases.
  • Video Clips: Short videos summarizing the event, including attendee insights and sponsor highlights.
